What is your return policy?
We deliver all of our wines to you, so there shouldn't be any breakages. Should you not like the wines, then we'll take them back from you and provide you with a full refund (as long as they have not been damaged).
How do i get my wines?
You place an order for the wines on our website or via WhatsApp and we will deliver them to you within 5 days. IF we're having delays due to our packing or our delivery partners, then we will email you to update you on the next available delivery slot.
Which payment methods do you accept?
On the website, we accept all major credit cards and Apple pay. Via the WhatsApp group and our local friends, then we have the options for in person credit card or cash.
What happens at the wine tastings?
At the wine tastings, we will explore the history & geography of the wines that are in that month's subscription. Looking at the winemaker's choices and options, then taste.

Typically, the wine tasting will be 30-60 mins, then we will discuss future months wines and it will give you an opportunity to shape the club and direction we take.
