December 2021 - Christmas Special Offer

Wow! What a month. We had our launch party and first tasting this week. 20 people arrived to talk through and taste the wines at our friends Rae & Webb. I’m totally amazed how well it went, the feedback was great and we sold a few bottles of wine too.

The concept is simple, ‘Drink & Think’ so that we can talk about the selected wines and then enjoy them at home. There’s no shop or huge stockpile of wine, this helps us to keep the prices as low as possible.

The key thing is to find interesting wines, with interesting stories so that we all keep enjoying the wine and the learnings. This month, we’re exploring Chenin Blanc and it’s styles of making from it’s home in the Loire Valley, to South Africa and a super new upstart. Then I wanted to visit the Rhone Valley, which I’m particularly excited about as we compare a Beaujolais Cru with a unique Cotes du Rhone Village….both ideal for a Christmas meal.
